Mangethari Ltd was founded in October 2008 by its Director & Principal Service Architect, Mr Malcolm Young. Mr Young has over 18 years experience in the telecoms industry, and has spent the past 5 years developing service solutions within the Managed Services environment. Mr Young will be a presenter at the itSMF UK Conference in November 2008, presenting his work on "Effective Service Delivery within Complex Supply Environments".
